Folk, like Albam, is a great high-end high street store that sells high quality clothes. Folk is on Lambs Conduit Street (there is also a limited stock in the Men’s section of Liberty) and sells a range of men’s clothes and shoes.
The clothes are very high quality and smart/casual in design. As such they are suitable for creative professional wear and general casual wear. The range is quite small, changing with the fashion seasons. It covers the basics, shirts, coats, shoes, t-shirts etc. There is an emphasis on high build quality and natural fibres which has gained the brand international popularity. The prices are similar to high end high street, a coat is around 200 and a shirt is around 90, which is fully justified by the quality. Still, can be quite a lot of money to spend so the sales are definitely worth investigating.
Folk is a great shop to pick up comfortable, high quality essentials.

Stumbled into this place while in the area. I wasn’t drunk or anything, the pavement is just a little uneven. Anyway, it was nice. It’s an own brand boutique. They do men’s and women’s clothing and when I went they were having a sample sale in the room at the back which apparently is quite a regular occurrence and definitely worth checking out.
I liked a few of their things, lots of wool was in use and there were a few tops/shirts in particular that were pretty cool. The one I liked was £85 quid. So, I didn’t get it. It’s expensive clearly but I’d say if you were looking for something interesting and different with a bit of a soft soul have a look here.
