Fourpure

I can’t believe I am the first person to review Fourpure on Unilocal.This place is great, one of the best new breweries in London, and a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon. They are usually only open for limited hours, currently 11am-​5pm. It’s a bit of a challenge to find, but any of the major map apps will get you there no problem.
The whole place is open, so you can see what goes on in a working (and very busy brewery). You can see their canning line in action, tons of huge fermenters, mash tuns, kettles, etc. Even if you’re not into brewing, its still super interesting.
But of course this is all secondary to the most important items: the beer. Fourpure makes several fantastic beers as part of their core lineup, as well as some seasonals and one-​offs, all of which are available straight from the keg. They also sell their cans and bottles for takeaway, at a price that really can’t be beat. The vibe is always very relaxed. Not a place to go and get wasted, but a superb place to have some amazing beers, sit at a long table, and meet new friends.
Recommendation: Pils, Session IPA. Both so easy drinking and delicious on a hot day.
