Expensive place selling the worst coffee I had in a very long time, that thing turned my stomach upside down. If you are a straight espresso drinker avoid this place as they absolutely no idea about how coffee should be made.

At first I really liked this place. It was close enough to home and had a somewhat cosmopolitan vibe, a good selection of newspapers, and a good sandwhich selection. My main gripe with this place is that the coffee here is weak. Really weak. I’ll come here and ask for 2 shots and it is still weak. Yuck. There’s also loads of kids about and I kept seeing this one kid going in and out of the toliet. You can see kids doodles on the bathroom wall. It’s that severe. The other problem with this place is the best outdoor seats are always taken up with smokers and their little dogs and fake tans. You get the idea. this is Mill Hill after all.

Fratelli Café used to be my girlfriends returning to London default cappucino place. I don’t drink cappucino and I need soya milk for a good café moment. They do not have soya milk here but I had a tasty salad here once. Fratelli also sells a small selection of Italian speciality goods. The seating is comfortable and in the spring and summer it can be hard to get a table outside. This café has more of a family vibe than I prefer and you can often see children around, something I never look for in a café experience.
