French Connection

I think half of my clothes come from FCUK. They have great general pieces to add to your wardrobe as well as some unique pieces to dress up. Generally they are an ok price but during sales is the time to stock up on all the pieces you wanted during the season. My favourite shirt from here says «FCUK IT». Their clothes are great for every day as well as for the office and even for going out with the right accessories. They have clothes for men and women, as well as shoes and accessories. Their are many locations around London and the world but I quite like the Long Acre the location. Their clothes fit women with curves, not just skinny English birds.

I used to despise this chain when I first came to England, only thinking of those abysmal FCUK t-​shirts all chavs seem to wear. I have since then however, grown to like it a lot. It seems to have transformed into a store that specializes in classic, yet fashionable collections that are very wearable. I find myself especially attracted to this season’s coat collection which came in beautiful colours and materials, and have a contemporary cut.
I must unfortunately admit however, due to a severe financial low in my bank account (damn credit crunch), that I will have to wait for the sales before I will be able to indulge in one of these items.
Funnily enough, FCUK also has a child section that often has the miniature versions of some of the adult clothes. I don’t think I would ever dress my kid in the same clothes as me but it does always make me smile.

Hyper bien. Cette ligne de magasin propose des fringues géniales au top de la mode dans des prix corrects pour le niveau anglais. A quand l’ouverture d’un French Connection en France? Moi, j’attends ça avec impatience.

French Kiss
French Connection is rather over priced for very dull clothes. If you want reasonable quality classics, then it’s worth a look, if you want something to rival what Kate Moss was wearing in Heat, you won’t find it here.
