Easily made an appointment online two days before the requested date with no hassle at all. Had my hair cut by Shai — it looks absolutely amazing and I will definitely be going back! Hands down best haircut I’ve ever received. Laid back vibe in the salon, very friendly staff and not to mention a complimentary macchiato. A bit pricey, but definitely worth the money.

I was recently in London and thought about getting my grey covered and spruced up… Was this a great place! The colorist Lea Harrison was absolutely amazing! I decided to go all blonde, platinum… Never have I had it done so painlessly and quickly than with Lea! He told me he had come from years at Michael John Salon and had done many celebrities who wanted the same look. If anyone is in London and needs a color job, Gielly Green is the place and Lea is your man! Wow!

I visited this salon twice and had my hair done by two senior stylists
And the two times I left with a disappointment and £125-£150 bills to pay !
Now I had highlights once which turned out to be too light in contrast ith my own dark hair (stressed that I want a tiny bit of shine in my hair) but because the senior stylist was too busy working on three other clients she forgot about me and the colour was left longer than it should !
I would expect someone with all expertise to pay more attention to individual clients!
Second time was a hair trim that turned into a total chop up of my hair because the senior stylist thought I needed more than a trim! (stressed that I am only after a tiny bit of trim)
But then in all cases with hairdressers what can you do after you see the colour or half of your hair on the floor? Scream? Leave without paying the bill? Don’t think I could do so
The only thing is that no matter how good reputation a beauty parlour has if you have tried it once don’t go back again even if you are booked with a different ‘senior stylist’
