Hi, I have been a customer of Gills for many years, I have seen many, many staff come and go. I am more recently confronted by non-English speaking staff who are unable to help, as they are unable to understand? When I try to explain what I am looking for, all I get is blank looks and a non English language that I don't understand. As a long standing customer, I do have to question one little thing. Why are these people employed, why have you no customer loyalty (I spend £20-£50 pounds a week) and I am confronted with people who I am not even sure should be in the country!
