I have to say that I usually like H&M. The shops are bright and clean and the range of clothes and sizes are good so is the quality of the garments for the price you pay. This branch in Angel is not different from that: they stock the latest fashion in their two floors for all family. I would have given it three stars if the customer service wasn’t so bad, especially from the people working in the changing rooms… I understand that they could be tired or having a bad day, but is not the customer’s fault and they should be respectful at all times! Things like that make me run away from the shop! And they will also trick you to promotions they are not longer offering!

Oh H&M. How I both hate to love and love to hate you. I’m sure it’s a mutual thing, really. So as long as we’re both not letting our feelings get involved, let’s continue to use and abuse one another, mmkay? Here’s the truth — this is definitely not your ‘ideal customer-care’ shopping experience. But if you’re all about the cheap, fun, fastest of fast fashion that you’re willing to toss out, lose, rip or destroy at a fancy dress event, H&M is your go-to. Accessories and seasonal goodies(like scarfs, hats, sunnies) are definitely worth a trip, just don’t expect to be in style next week. How good is this for the industry?(Or for your soul?)
