I find that H&M(or hit and miss as my friend calls them!) is one of those shops that you have to visit when you’re in the right frame of mind. This store is one of the better of the London branches, when I visited a few weeks before Christmas I was impressed by the layout and amount of stock but also the good service at the tills — friendly and efficient and they actually apologised after a wait) and there was friendly changing room service. I would definitely recommend going to this branch over other H&M’s and it’s in a great location if you want to then visit other shops.

#521 I’ve seen better H&M locations, especially the ones in Hong Kong. This one had an awkward layout and the third floor was packed with people waiting in line to grab the new Marni line. I do commend the employees for all of their hard work as tons of people waited, but that caused the rest of the store to fall to pieces. Clothing was scattered everywhere and the women had intense shopping in their eyes. Some of the security detail got rather lazy, specifically those posted at lower-profile locations. They were sitting on chairs and just lounging around, causing one of the managers to berate one of them in front of customers. Not a good show. I think I’ll try to hit up the other H&M locations on the street next time I’m around to see if they’re any better.

I Love this shop! so I don’t know why it is getting poor stars. I Love this particular H&M because it sells Divided clothes, compared to the other one on Oxford street and the Regent street one. This Divided clothes range is young, fun, fashionable and colourful which is the reason for my glee. Their always something I like and the prices are great, and cost effective. If you don’t like the Divided clothes range then the ground floor will right be right up your street concerning clothes. They also sell accessories and underwear as well. Yes it can be busy during peak time’s but that’s Oxford street for ya! If I see something I like the busyness is not gonna stop me from having that«must have» piece of clothing I need. O.O hearts H&M!

Horrible mess! Go to the one 2 blocks down on Regent Street for a clean, usable shopping space. However, this one has men’s Regent St does not.

When I first stepped inside H&M I thought it was the coolest shop ever. basically because they sell fashionable and trendy clothing at affordable prices. I pick my times for coming in here though, I will by no means go here on a weekend as you will be elbowed out of the way and that’s not my scene. During the week is the best time to come here for peaceful shopping. They have a great selection of tops, cardigans, hoodies, dresses, jeans, t-shits and their accessory section is the best.
