Harris + Hoole

Great food, friendly service and enjoyable atmosphere.
I arrived just after midday and they still had their breakfast range on, but I was told that they were just swapping over to the lunch range and I could choose from either. I opted for halloumi flatbread. It was tasty and well presented and good size. I also ordered a cappuccino which was presented to me with cappuccino art, it looked a bit like a swan, very well done.
When ordering they give you a letter and will bring the food over to your table, they aren’t many sofas in this shop, mostly fixed back chairs and tables. But the venue is well lit with music playing in the background, it’s an enjoyable place to sit and watch the world go by. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable too which is nice.

The coffee here is good enough and what you would expect from the level of produce the chain boosts. I’ve been in here a fair few times with people from work and wish I loved it more, as I feel I should be raving about the place. Sometimes there have been confusion with who ordered what coffee, lots items on the menu board missing and so on. I had a mango smoothie once and that was rather grim, I had a few «slurps» through a straw — nearly gave myself a hernia in the process and left the rest.
I only go here if a colleagues asks and is not my first choice to be honest. It will do, but for a «will do» place, it can be rather pricey.

This is an excellent coffee chain. Very independent feel, great coffee and selection, excellent food and cakes, free wifi and lots of space. Highly recommended.

Best coffee within a long distance! I’m Australian and am used to amazing coffee — this comes closest in the Finchley area. The banana flapjacks are sooooo good with a soy piccolo.

This is a great little coffee shop that has a unique and unpretentious atmosphere. The coffee, food and service are all top notch and the whole package is very well thought out. Recommended. My only problem here is finding a comfortable place to sit. They could do with a larger shop.

They serve good Cappuccino. My husband rarely compliment cappcino here in London, however he liked their cappuccino. And also for me, who is black coffee lover, I love to have a filter coffee here. In London, most of all café serve a coffee which based in Italian. However the world is huge. Coffee is not only for Itatian as you know ;) I like «Light, A little bit bitter black coffee without suger» So I am happy to have that types of coffee in Harris + Hoole. The Batista sounds so confidence because she offered to me any kind of coffee she can serve. So why don’t you ask her what kind of coffee you like :)

Good coffee. Great selection of cakes and pastries. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Free wifi too…
