Head to Toe Reflexology and Indian Head Massage

Like Uli I wanted to try some reflexology local to home and Mario was happy to travel to mine. What a lovely man! He made me feel at ease, was very thorough in explaining the treatment, went to work, and I zoned out.
At the end — my feet wuz happy, my head wuz happy. I wuz happy. Mario is good!

So i was in the mood to try something new :) A friend had just booked a foot massage through Wahanda and I thought, mmm, sounds good! But, this was not just any old foot massage, this was reflexology! I’m new to the game but still, Mario was my reflexologist for the day and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. He explained my treatment and all the benefits I would gain from todays session and talked me through a treament plan for my (where do I start, poor sleeping, bad circulation, slugglish-​ness, lack of energy, headaches, skin, etc). He is very professional and you can tell this man knows his feet: D Its like a map to the entire body. I would highly highly recommened Mario if you are a newby or a veteran, he will take great care of you and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and much healthier too, do something good for yourself and just try one ;)

I have to preface this review by saying that I didn’t have a particular ailment, because of which I need to see Mario from the Central London Reflexology Clinic. In fact, I simply like to try out new things and a foot reflexology massage had been on my to-​experience list for quite some time. And when I saw various pictures of this practise in my Unilocal-​feed, I went to Mario’s website and made an appointment.
Since then, I’ve seen Mario twice: first time, he actually came to my house and set up shop. He brought his very comfortable massage chair, a docking-​station to play some soothing music… and of course he brought himself and his hands. First, he asked me various questions about my medical history etc. and then he started off massaging my feet. Given that I hadn’t reported any particular problem that he should focus on, Mario gave me a general foot massage that was indeed very pleasant and soothing… I drifted away into la-​la-​land and almost fell asleep.
Second time, I went to see Mario at his Central London practice on Harley Street. Once again, I didn’t have any real problem, but I had enjoyed the previous massage and decided to «go for it» again. This time though, I asked Mario to be less gently and apply more pressure. This was a good choice and when I walked away from my appointment, I almost felt like I had worked out myself… I experienced that kind of gratifying feeling you have after a firm work-​out at the gym ;-)
After the second appointment, Mario mentioned that he had sensed a few tense areas in my body and just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t experiencing major problems there. It looks like he was sensing this right, as indeed some of the areas were giving me a little trouble.
Overall, I can very much recommend Mario’s service. What I especially liked, was the sense of excellent customer service: I received various notifications, reminding me of my appointment with him. I also tremendously liked the payment-​flow, which was as easy as I’ve never experienced before. On top of it all, Mario is a very nice man and I felt very much at ease in his hands… literally speaking!
