I have just got a complex tattoo from their new tattooist Helena, she truly is an artist, the detail on the birds and rose is phenomenal, great use of texture and use of black and white.
Mia who manages appointments is really friendly and helpful, the whole establishment is about getting you the best tattoo for you. I was interested by their policy of no tattoos on face and hands for first time tattoos, out of respect for the custom; it is rare to find a business nowadays run ethically.
If you want a work of art that you are proud of for the rest of your life go here, if you want to be treated respectfully, I highly recommend Helltopay.

Woke up quick right about noon, I knew I had to be in Camden soon.
On a trip to London besides getting my passport stamped, I also wanted to get stamped. So a tattoo in Camden Town was a must. After a few emails sent out to different shops, «Hell To Pay» got back to us quickly and professionally. We were able to set up a appointment with a £50 deposit (that goes to the final price of the work) worked out perfect because they were all booked for the day. Clean place and everyone was real cool. I was happy with the results. They made us feel welcome. The work they do is real good. I believe they have Instagram, so check it out for yourself. If ever I’m back in London I’ll make sure to visit them again. To all you at «Hell To Pay» thank you very much!

went here for a piercing and I am quite happy with the outcome. I didn’t catch her name but the hungarian girl who does the piercing is very good. Mine seems to be healing up without any issues.

Absolutely Amazing!!! Got three Piercings from there! Such nice and caring People who make you feel Very welcome! Very clean and sterile working Space. And very comforting and calming although they have so much to so! Definitely the Place to go, Even for your first Piercing!
