Good Chinese, not totally amazing, but good price friendly service. Chilli squid is delicious.

My family and i have been going to the Honeymoon for 30 years! Great family restaurant, handed down from Pat Poon to his son in law and kept. No MSG and great fresh ingredients!

Just about the only chines restaurant I’d go in to in my vicinity, ok it’s not hakassan or royal china or green cottage but it’s much better than any other restaurant in the area with friendly reception and good food.

This place was my first introduction to chinese food… a long long time ago. Since then I have eaten chinese food all over the world (though oddly not in China) and I am happy to say that YB Yeats was right… it is only when you come home after having travelled the world do you know the place for the first time.
I ate here again recently and… (drumroll please)…it was disappointing. The food here lacks the flavour that you will find in many other chinese restaurants say in Soho. The food isn’t god awful — don’t get me wrong — and it is mediumly priced… the décor has not really changed since well I don’t know how long.
If you are a seasoned chinese food lover you will hate this place. If you don’t know any better it is, as a local just about okay… just.

By far the best Chinese restaurant around I would proudly recommend being a Chinese food connoisseur myself would not compare it to hakkasan or royal china but it’s good place, Bön appetit.
