As a tenant of a landlord managed property organised through Hotblack Desiato I found their services to as expected. They did what they needed to do.
Needless to say, they’re billing department wasn’t quite up-to-speed and wanted to bill me for months and months of rent when they should have known it was being paid to the landlord direct. A simple admin error I suppose.
That being said they hit you with the usual admin setup fees and reference charges to welcome you in as a valued customer signing up to a 12 month contract; to be expected I suppose, after which I didn’t hear nigh on a squeak from them until renewal time.
Neither good nor bad, just are.
