1 star for them showing the liverpool vs man u game, even though liverpool lost the game.
1 star being able to order food from any restaurants within the hotel.
prices are not cheap.
but as it was pouring outside, this became my only decent option for enjoying a drink, meal and watching the game live with friends all at the same time.
the cod and chips were disappointing.
tasted like frozen fish and was overly brown on the batter but coldish within the thick piece of cod.
the green pea mash and the thick cut chips was decent.
feeling dissatisfied, i ordered the salt and pepper squid from bugis street brasserie.
the chilli, fried garlic and spring onions packed a punch and it was much better than the cod and chips but msg alert!
verdict: only when there’s no other choice.
