So the rumors of European hotels not being on the same level as American ones are true i suppose. The location wasn’t bad, only a few blocks from two subway stations. One of these, Victoria, being a major hub which was nice. The actual hotel is more like a storage unit. The rooms barely fit the double bed and our 3 suitcases. The hotel is very clean but there is absolutely no space to do anything besides sleep. During our stay the fire alarm went off every morning as the steam from our showers set it off even with the exhaust fan turned on. At times at night, we had to wait outside as the receptionist was away from the desk which basically means the door is locked until they returned. The area is very quiet and the hotel is clean, that’s about it.

The location is nice but that is the only positive here. The room is super cramped and the bed feels like a piece of Stonehenge. My neck, back and side hurt. The curtains don’t cover the window and it is super bright.

They will send you to the basement saying«Its the only room available» Liars!, I went down and pass trough the restaurant to get to the room. There was somebody’s luggage on the bed. Went back to the lobby, they couldn’t solve this and ate theirs LIES and put me on the top floor. Elevator makes scary noises. The room is so small that the coffee is on a stand attached to the wall, there is no minibar(no that I needed) bathroom door won’t open all the way cause it stops on the bed

Major dissapointment, would be two words that come to mind when I think of my experience at Hutton’s. I stayed here for a weekend in London. I found a great deal on the place on . While the price was competitive compared to most hotels within the area of Westminster, you really do get what you paid for. Buyer beware, if you get a «good deal» on a third party website. It means they are going to put you in a room in the basement, or one in the back side of the hotel with no view but of the dumpster. The rooms looked like the 1970’s was still going strong with plastic board paneling and dusty maroon duvets. The bathroom was tiny, and didn’t even have a towel rack. Towels were placed on a dresser in the room. However, one good thing about this hotel is it’s location. You can’t beat a hotel that is within walking distance of all your downtown London essentials.

Einigermaßen sauber. Zimmer extrem klein. Frühstück nicht probiert. WiFi relativ lahm. Auf Grund der Lage und des Preises aber OK.

Ive been to europe alot. I understand that hotels are small. This room was miniscule. The photos online are horribly misleading. For example, i am 5’3″ and there was nowhere in the room that i could do a push up. The customer service was severely lacking. When we arrived and exited on our floor the housekeepers cart was blocking the hallway — no problem. I said excuse me, she peeked out of the room and then went back to work. She later refused to give me an additional towel. Breakfast was a bit rough and free wifi was horribly spotty. Really great location though. I wont stay again.
