They use strip wax for bikini area — and that’s just so last. season? Year? Decade? They are friendly though and I could use my Unilocal discount voucher — but I wouldn’t be coming back.
As to the whole interior overview — it was pretty standard residential area salon — I don’t care how a waxing place looks — as long as they do a good job and they do it right. It wasn’t the case here.

This is absolutely the worst hair /​beauty salon I have ever been to. I would not go back there if you paid me to (honestly). The staff were rude, the place is filthy dirty and run down, the level of service is shocking. I had a KGB voucher for a cut and finish. I arrived ten minutes late due to transport issues (tried calling repeatedly, no one answered the phone). Because I was late the staff were seriously unpleasant to me. I only wanted a quick trim — not as if I asking for a full hair re-​style. They washed my hair with some kind of second rate product (afterwards hair was dull and lifeless), trimmed it and then refused to dry it (which was part of the service I had bought a KGB voucher for)!! Being a cold day I refused to leave without a blow dry — wet hair on my neck, not a good idea. As they were being so rude I said I would dry it myself if they didn’t want to, at which point they begrudingly dried it so it was at least not soaking. All the while they just kept saying ‘you were late, we are very busy’. I also had a brazillian wax while I was there — this was ok but the room they did it in had light fixtures with exposed wires hanging down from the roof (environment health hazard??) the room was filthy and paper cover on the bench looked like it had been used before. The applicators they used for the wax also looked like they had been used before. Disgusting! I was close to running out then!
All in all a very stressful, negative experience — not what you expect when going for a pampering session. Their website is also seriously misleading.
I would say don’t ever go — not even if they start offering services for free.

I found this place through a KGB deal in which i got to get a waxing and a hair cut for only 18 pounds which is quite the deal in my opinion. The place is very small but is a very cute place. They have a lot of different beauty options from pedicures manicures beauty treatments hair styles and cuts. All in all i really liked this place and the people were very experienced and very kind as well. The prices are a little steep, but they do a great job and i really enjoyed my experience here.

Absolutely horrible place!
Went there with a deal voucher for a facial.
The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional.
Took my voucher, with a sour face saying ‘Oh, have to check it first! (if it’s valid)’. By the time I got back from lady’s another colleague approached me saying ‘Haven’t your voucher been used already?’ How many checks do they have to carry out???
The premises are below average, not sure about the products they’re using.
I couldn’t relax during the treatment and was about to walk out at a few occasions.
Would highly recommend NOT going there. EVER!
