Icon Printing

I used Icon Printing to get logos printed onto cycle jerseys for Techbikers. We got the artwork to them pretty late on, so we were really happy that they turned it around so quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

I have never worked with a company as unprofessional as Icon Printing. I was guaranteed pre-​noon delivery and stressed the urgency of the order, but the order didn’t arrive by 12 as promised.
I called 3 times within the space of an hour to find out what was going on, and each time the girl who answered was completely clueless and useless. I was fobbed off repeatedly with the excuse that she was waiting for a tracking number from her Manager 1 hour later and I was thoroughly annoyed with this excuse. It does not take over 1 hour to find a tracking number if it does then the business is fundamentally flawed. When I asked to speak to the Manager I was informed he was at the production site and that she could not give me his number. If the Manager cannot be bothered to manage issues that arise then what exactly is his purpose?
I subsequently found out the reason for the late delivery was due to a staff member’s incompetence in not selecting pre-​noon delivery, great to know that they listen to their customers when they stress the urgency of an order!
No one cared whatsoever about the failings of the service, and no one could be bothered to even attempt to rectify it. I accept that mistakes happen and that couriers can be unreliable; what I do not expect is that when said mistakes happen, suppliers respond with complete and utter indifference. Simply disgusting.
