Terrible service from iHotdesk. When they don’t meet acceptable service levels there is no way out of the two year contract so we are stuck paying for a service that is not delivering. We can’t afford huge legal bills trying to terminate the contract so have to now take the hit. Huge impact for our small business. Don’t make the same mistake as us. Either negotiate the contract down or don’t sign it. Whatever you do don’t sign a two year contract. You will not get the service levels that are promised.

Throughout the development stages to the eventual implementation, we have been very satisfied with the level of expertise and professionalism provided by ihotdesk. The staff buy-in was immediate and without challenge and we feel very secure with the end product.
