I was in this beautiful shop on Friday 17th June. I was visiting my daughter, arrived too early, with a heavy case and a phone without charge, so decided to browse in India Jane. An extremely pleasant young manager (i assume), offered to hold on to my case and charge my phone whilst I wandered around the shop. I was totally delighted with the manner in which I was treated and the young lady who assisted me with my purchases was also first class. Not one for leaving online comments but felt the staff definitely deserved praise. Thank you!

Poor quality products and rude and unhelpful customer service team. They have no sense of customer loyalty. It’s simply cheap, poor quality over-​priced products! Stay away from the throws in particular unless you fancy bits of yarn all over your sofa!
Never shopping there again and ensuring none of my friends/​family/​colleagues do so either.
Better off shopping at Liberty if you fancy good quality luxury items!

Exquisite store for home furnishings. You’ll especially find standout tableware and other table setting flourishes — exactly the sort of things you want on-​hand to set the stage for an elegant and memorable dinner party; silver trays, beautiful inlaid flatware, and, stunning pitchers and decanters (there’s a smoky topaz coloured decanter that especially caught my eye.)
In addition to their array of spectacular dining accessories, they’ve also got a handful of beautiful wooden furniture pieces, both classic and somewhat colonial in style. And I am absolutely in love with their ornate mirrors… baroque and gilded in some cases… surrounded by detailing reminiscent of tapestry in others — gorgeous.
The staff is also lovely and helpful… I was once in there browsing long after they’d locked the door, and they were even too polite to inform me that they’d closed!
