This place is within crawling distance from my flat, so like Eamon B I am probably biased due to its sheer convenience and the fact the guys in there seem to know me as a result of my frequent visits.
Indian Ocean does a great Chicken Tikka Masala, for a Sunday night can’t be bothered to cook meal. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is that it is a little pricey and there is better quality Indian food for those willing to head to Tooting

Curiously facial-haired? I hadn’t even noticed…
This place is around the corner from my flat, so I might be biased due to convenience, but I’ll be gosh-durned if they don’t make the tastiest Jalfrezi that I’ve had anywhere– very spicy and flavor-rich. Better yet, large takeaway portions ensure that you will likely have to take a nap once you are finished.
The only downside is that it is slightly pricey (Wandsworth Common is fancy-town, after all) and the Sunday buffet is a bit of a disappointment– everything is just blander. Get a takeaway or sit in for dinner, however, and you will certainly not be let down.

Came here with the curiously-facial-haired Eamon B. and enjoyed myself. We did battle with the buffet and clearly lost — why must there always be more than I can eat?! As we were there on a Sunday afternoon there wasn’t much point for the kitchen to crank out fresh fare by the truck load so I think we caught the end of the lunch rush.
I like the place and will certainly try it again… maybe next time when it’s a bit more busy.
