TBH I actually walked out of here (with it being next door to the cinema) and straight back in again! The smells and the signage outside showcasing great Indian Street food were too hard to resist.
I love Indian food, having lived there for 6 months means we ate every style possible but street food and snacks are hard to replicate over here. Having had plans to go to Dishoom, I actually chose here because I also wanted something supers casual and that’s what it was.
Very much café style, it was in and out but the Dosa and the bhel puri were very good with a fantastic spiciness to it which can sometimes get watered down for western tastes. These 2 dishes came to about £15 and I was stuffed!
Very friendly staff and a great use of a café at the cinema — I’ll be back.
