This business is disgraceful and my recommendation is DONOT use them. They repaired an iPad and didn’t assemble it right thus I had to return on 11 June 2014. They fixed it yet again however over time spots started to appear under the screen within a years time. I returned on 2 June 2015 they told me that it was a known issue and would replace it free of charge. The fair and right thing to do. When I returned to their place of business the guy said ‘oh you brought this in the first time in May 2014 so you’re out of warranty’ and I questioned the date and verification of my last service with them. He said no, this only applies to your first visit. I’m quite sure this is all a technicality and there was a clear choice do something honorable and of good customer service or be that shady business people will distrust. This business lost my trust when the guy said ‘well I won’t be a complete ass and will clean your screen’ then acknowledged it made no difference. Thanks for the patronizing experience, I will never darken the door of your business again and encourage anyone reading this to use another service who does repairs. During this process he chipped the corner of my screen. FTR the price has gone from £69 to £74 between my visits. Not sure how a cost rise is justified when they’re using cheap reject parts.
