This has to be the most rubbish phone repair shop in London.
The screen repair to my iPhone 5s was terrible. Yes — it’s cheaper here than in the centre — but the installation and parts used were a scam. When I picked up my phone after the 20 min. wait, I noticed that the colours on my screen were visibly shifted in hue and exposure. I showed them this and they asked for me to return in another 20 minutes. After pickup, the phone seemed fine.
Two days later, the colours on the screen began to shift sporadically. In about a week, the screen would experience «phantom taps» and press on areas of the screen on its own. On top of this, the screen stops responding to touch after a minute of use. I have to turn the screen off and on to get around this. Finally, the screen now pops out of the phone’s frame.
At this point it would be better to get a new phone as this one is officially out of Apple warranty. Stay away from this shop: it’s not worth the trip to Ilford or the discount. The screen with a mind of its own will drive you mad.
