This review is not about this store. This review is about the entire company and it’s horrible customer service. Not in the stores per se but from their corporate offices. Based on the terrible time they’ve given me with not replacing items that they sent in error (wrong color, wrong size) my advice is to shop anyplace else as you will have better luck should you need any help after the sale.

I like Jack Wills clothes. There’s not much to say about this store. It’s similar to all the others in style and design, has the same range of clothes but is smaller than many others.
If you like Jack Wills you probably won’t care what the store looks like, and if you don’t, you probably won’t go in anyway!
