Jamies Italian

Jamie’s Italian restaurants are always amazing, even the one on board Royal Caribbean ships, this newly opened one in Ludgate still has the same look and décor as the other ones and I think they all look great (the ones I have been to) I had Pumpkin Ravioli with has little bits of soaked crunchy amoretto that is just the perfect balance for an amazing taste to go with the Ravioli. We also had a little extra free starter which was a kind of Risotto filled ball (similar to a scotch Egg) these little extra free treats are only available if you are a member of Jamie’s GOLD club (which is FREE to join) Google this club online and join up! it’s well worth it. Waiter service wasn’t too bad either (it was the first opening night for the public and they were still kind of training and getting used to the credit card machines and tables etc). The current prices on the menu are really good and very competitive in this day and age, I’m definitely going back! so to sum up if you like the Jamie chain then this one is really nice and within a 3 minute walk from City Thameslink Station.

Went to first preview night (officially opens 2 November) and it lives up to my expectations. very spacious restaurant, lovely staff, nice view of chefs cooking, and nice hot Italian food. Highly recommend to anyone that loves Italian and of course Jamie.
