Absolutely awful place, with even worse management. They completely ruined my 25^th Birthday party. Hired out the private room, booking was given to someone else a week before with no notice. No one had the audacity to call me and tell me after I had gone ahead with booking my own DJ. I have lost hundreds of pounds. I have not even received any form of apology. No attempt has been made by management to make it right. I have emailed and called but have been consistently ignored. Terrible customer service. They don’t value or respect their customers. Providing good customer service isn’t a priority for them. A special mention has to go to «Aaron» who takes the bookings, he simply does not care. For such a prestige area the customer service simply does not match the postcode. Would put 0 stars if I could.

Sitting on Kings Road I had always seen this place and its always looked rather «dark» and yes its rather «dark» as you go inside too. Went for an early drink around 6ish when they had just opened. As i was in a large group, it seemed ok, we were given a large table near the door, and it was cold! Had to tell them three times to turn the AC off but no solution there, they don’t seem to listen nor understand simple plain olé english. The drinks are ok, a bit overly priced for what they are, but it is Kings Road.
Would I go back again? Definitely not, as it was pretty early, the music was on pretty loud, and its dark inside, how are you even suppose to read the menu??? Need a flashlight for this sort of stuff!!! As for the toilets, NO LIGHTS INSIDE, so beware, take a phone with you so you can at least see what you’re doing!!! Its probably an easy place to get drunk in past 10pm!
Won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

We went on a Thursday night as we heard that it was a good night even in the week. We were the only people in there. The music was ok but the drinks were really overpriced and not very well made. Maybe it is better on the weekend.

The waiter told me he would not serve me an old fashioned because it was past 10pm. I insisted because there was almost no customers at the bar and he accepted to prepare it. Quality of the drink was really bad. The place was really loud (making it difficult to maintain a conversation) and the crowd was young and definitely not classy people.

nous y sommes allés la semaine dernière nous avons été facturé £ entrée 10 un dimanche soir nous avons payé car nous étions stupides, je suppose, et avons été très déçus quand nous sommes entrés, et il y avait littéralement seulement 1 autre personne là-​bas. Très triste.

Top Kings road venue!
Myself and a few friends popped down for after work drinks one Wednesday and had a great time.
A good crowd even mid week and we were able to take advantage of some nifty drinks deals early on!

I was looking for a place to suggest to my girlfriend for her birthday party and i think i’ve found it!
Came for a drink or two with friends on Friday night and really enjoyed it. You never know when you try out a new place how it will be, but the staff made us feel really welcome and thats a big plus for me and will make me go back.
They’ve got this place’s vibe just right i think too, great music and people.

I went last Saturday with a few friends as hadn’t been for ages and even though we had’nt booked a table we were really looked after.
When the reserved tables guests did arrive we were really politely recommended a window seat to move to, which was actually better and we were walked to the table so i felt like a valued customer despite not booking a table of spending loads.
In a world of minimum spends, this makes me want to go back to JuJu.
I go to many bars and clubs and the minute i’m shunted off a table rudely or ignored at bar (when they KNOW you are there) I don’t want to go back so this was refreshing especially in Kings road and with such a cool bar.
Very impressed and will definately be going back and taking my friends!

Amazing place. Went last night with my girlfriends, the food was really nice, atmosphere and crowd was great and the service very good. Top marks

A fantastic bar in Chelsea: I really liked the interior, really good design and atmosphere. DJ during the weekends. The food was really tasty and the staff quite friendly. Really nice place to hang out with your mates at the evenings!
