Know How Records

This record store scams its customers. I ordered almost 100 quids worth of records in January and still have not received them or got a refund which I have requested numerous times.
Martin, who I believe to be the owner, moved location from Buck Street to Inverness Street in Camden which is where they are now (basement of Bar Vinyl). He kept assuring me month after month that they would be sending them out «in a few days» giving me excuses which include a virus in their computer system and their new location not being ready (even though I received promotional emails for their new grand opening weeks before).
I am halfway around the world in Seattle WA so can’t go there in person to demand my money (which I need desperately due to these economic conditions). At this point he doesn’t even have the decency to reply to my emails. They dont have a phone anymore either so the only way to contact them is through email which they ignore.
