It looks very run down from the outside in comparison to the otherwise glossy sea of middle eastern restaraunts in this expensive enclave. And when you go inside it really does look like one of those old style 1980’s pakistani café’s but hey there is a reason this restaraunt has been here since 1979. It serves a wide variety of home style pakistani food at a very cheap price. A generous tandoori chicken leg can be had for £2.50, a nan for £1, they serve a wide range of curries and rice dishes and fresh fruit drinks. I would stress the food is most adequate. The menu has something for everyone. The furniture hasnt changed much since 1979 but that is part of the appeal I have always liked this place. It has a warm welcoming atmosphere, friendly yet unobtrusive staff(always respectful no matter how big or small your order), and a nice view outside. 85%
