This Lidl is handy for me whenever I am in the Sydenham area, because I know I will get cheap food there. In that respect, you have to commend Lidl, because they do offer cheap food to customers. I can rate them well in that respect. Just be careful not to assume that they will always be the cheapest, because I have checked ut their prices recently and they have increased of late, like the price of their baked beans. You should still should make sure that you shop around and don’t automatically assume that they are always cheaper than supermarkets like Tesco. People say, you get what you pay for and it is true of Lidl. I have found that the quality of their food is mediocre to disappointing. I personally prefer the food that you can buy from their rival, Aldi. I am lucky that I have that choice.
