The food is fine, location is lovely, wifi is great, but the service is really terrible: I’m not sure if it’s because the waitress doesn’t speak much English (she spoke in commands) but she basically turned away customers. She objected when a customer next to us moved because of the sun, and then told them they couldn’t have just coffee if they were going to sit outside. Another two customers were also turned away because they wouldn’t order food. When I ordered she was inpatient with our group even though nobody else was ordering. We were not all served at the same time (one of our four sandwiches came 5 minutes later than the rest). After we ate our sandwiches we were not allowed to have coffee outside.

Nice little shop for a quick snack. The tea was excellent and the toasted cheese and tomato sandwich was great. I didn’t order a meal, but the sign indicated wine was included with every meal.

Food was disappointing and overpriced. They weren’t busy, but it took over 45 minutes to get our breakfast. Maybe a good spot for coffee and a pastry, but there was nothing quick or good about our meal.

I was a visiting from NYC and staying in Paddington when I wandered into this cute little café. I had my first Full English Breakfast here for about 6 Euro. It was pretty tasty, but I also have nothing to compare it to.
The staff is not very welcoming however. They were not very polite to some of the customers.

Overpriced — lousy service. I went there on a Sunday morning to have a late breakfast. The café was not crowded, yet it took over 10 minutes to get a small cup of regular coffee for 2 GBP! I had ordered a traditional English breakfast which never was served… I finished my overpriced coffee… waited a bit longer… left payment on the table and walked out — a complete waste of time — terrible service — the server had actually forgotten all about my order — I guess ordering coffee was about the extent of her mental capabilities

La Jolla, CA
Lite Bite is a fantastic café for a quick meal. They are located near paddington station and have delicious sandwiches. I would recommend the chicken curry panini. They serve traditional british dishes such as fish and chips and an english breakfast. As well as coffee, tea, cakes, and gelato!
