stay well away!!! Only intersted in taking your money, extremely poor customer service from the management with a very spoilt attitude (my way or no way). Very dissappointing. I really wanted to like them, ittakes a lot for me to leave such a negative review but I tried very hard so resolve this with them with absolutely no result other than my being extremely annoyed

I have my highlights done here with Nina and always have a great result, I have two or three colours and many people always comment on how they like the combination of colours. Always have a good result. Really friendly staff always get offered tea and if waiting for the colour to take I am sometimes able to wait in the spa area with lovely soft sofa’s and music. Lovely and peaceful! Really friendly staff, would recommend. I am always able to park in front free of charge which is a lot less hassle and makes life easier.

I had a full set of highlights done there. As much as I was impressed with the organic range using for my hair, I was very disappointed with the actual technique. The lady who did my blonde highlights didn’t use the traditional foils but the plastic tapes. I was bit dubious first but thought I would leave it up to her as she acted in a professional way. However, when I returned home and checked the highlights, it was a very terrible result. The highlights had a criss-​cross shape and were not done properly, and I suspect because of the plastic tape that is not doing a job properly. But what disappointed me more that she didn’t mention anything when she checked it at the saloon. I would have expected her to mention something and not hide this fact. I have paid quite a lot of money and don’t expect this kind of treatment. I won’t be coming back.2 stars are for treading and tinting as I loved my eyebrows.

I had a voucher to use the sauna here and really enjoyed the experience. Very relaxing atmosphere, and very friendly staff. The prices are really reasonable.

Ok so I may not live in a trendy part of town (it’s mostly residential, no trendy shops or eateries) so was really pleasantly surprised to see this newly opened beauty spa located near me, not only offering treatments using natural /​organic products (big thumbs up from me) but with hammam facilities (yeah google it — highly recommend this treatment) but at fantastic prices. It’s a Ladies Only salon (sorry Gents) but it’s clean, bright and modern. Had a quick facial and massage there yesterday and felt so relaxed I wanted to fall asleep. Well done Little Jannah!
