Made an appointment through their online booking and specified that I had a lavender allergy. All the girls I met were aware of this and we’re very careful, checking labels and avoiding any possible cross contamination. I had a wonderful experience here and I highly recommend giving them a try. The girls all try their best to make you as comfortable as possible.

I am so happy I’ve found this place. I went twice in the UK to have a wax, and it was such an absolute torture that I was going back to France to have the job done. But this place was great! The area is not the best one in London, but it was the first time I had quite a good time. We watched Friends, laughed and it was pain free for the first time of my life. I recommend it to anyone. Big bonus: is not expensive!!!

Like other reviews have mentioned, this place is in the downstairs part of a pharmacy and when I first walked in I thought I’d gotten the wrong address! I live on the other side of London but it was definitely worth the trek. I had a Brazilian hot wax from Geanina who was lovely. I’m not going to lie and say it was pain free but it was a lot less painful than any other salon I had been to and I have a very low tolerance for pain! Having sex and the city on in the background was a major bonus too and I will definitely be making all my waxing appointments here from now on!

I’ve been here several times now for various waxing treatments and it’s been great every time. The staff are friendly and efficient and the brazilian waxing is one of the least painful I’ve ever had. Having Sex and the City on in the background is a lovely bonus! Would definitely recommend for good, affordable waxing.

Oh my god. I am so happy I found this place. This place is tucked inside Pharmacentre on Edgware Road — if you didn’t know it was there you’d miss it. And that’s a shame — because it’s excellent. Walk through the shop to the back and down the stairs, and you’ll find a couple of beauty rooms. I got a warm welcome from Janina, my therapist, who was lovely and friendly throughout. They use lycon hot wax and the rooms are extremely tidy and clean. Therapists wear gloves and there is no dipping the stick back into the wax. The best thing about the set up is that there is a tv in each room where you’ll be lying back and watching Sex and the City episodes while your wax takes place. An amazing distraction from the job at hand! The hot wax was quick, about 20 minutes, very painless and thorough. Best of all, it’s a complete steal. Cheapest place I’ve found in London. This place is certainly worth trekking across London for. I am looking forward to going back many times in the future.
