Brought in my laptop for a check and they were so helpful and made every effort to make sure I was 100% happy. Very impressed with the super service and they were very professional.

Was in a bit of a fix for some cable I’d overlooked for an installation that I needed to get that day. Phoned in advance to check they had it in stock, and was told that their computer said it was in stock. I asked them to double check and do a physical check for this as it was quite urgent. The person on the phone duly did, and came back and said it was there.
When I arrived at the store to get this, it turns out it wasn’t there at all! the person who had done the check was there, and they ‘didn’t know why it wasn’t there now’. I can only assume they either lied about doing the check as they couldn’t be bothered or are so inept they can’t tell one type of cable from another!
