This store of M&S is massive. It is set over two floors and this includes a large food hall as well. It shares the building with Sainsburys which is next door so the car park is very large and I’ve never had any problem parking there.
As the festive season is upon us there is currently a big section on the 1st floor with 3 for 2 gifts as well as Christmas trees and lights. The trees as on display too in case you are unsure what it would look like when out of the box.
I recently made a visit here due to their ‘spectacular 20% off day’ and made a mistake when purchasing some items. I had to visit the customer service section and I was impressed as to how friendly and helpful they were. I also spoke to a few staff on the shop floor as well who I also found to be very friendly and helpful. Therefore in my experience, the customer service here is fantastic!
