This café is a good example of it’s kind. One of those places that does a decent cooked breakfast and coffee, has a lunch menu ranging from posh ciabattas, to jacket spuds to full plated meals. If you’ve been in London long, you know the type of place. There is nothing that really makes this place stand out from the café crowd, except that on our visit the owner was very friendly and I was pleased to see branded condiments on the table, which is all too rare. If you’re in the area during the morning/afternoon and need a bite to eat or a caffeine boost you could do a lot worse than to dive in here. You’ll be mega happy that you did.
