reviews of all the disappointed people before I parted with £69.00 of my money.
1) Do not be fooled by the glossy name Miami
Laser Teeth Whitening this makes the company sound above board and very glamorous
and professional but in fact all it is a room in rented block of flats in Camden. This wasn’t even an office
business block, the room was a in a block of flats in Camden with students
living in it.
The Miami Laser Teeth Whitening website looks professional and photos
on the site look appealing do not be fooled the service/​place and results
are nothing like this it’s a con. (I over head they are moving soon so they might
try and make the next room they are using look more above board and more like a
dentist surgery– do not be fooled this is just to make you feel like in the
right place) they can afford to move now as so many people have brought the
£69.00 voucher from group on. I walked into what looked like a bedroom A lady In
a dental nurses uniform (who was very rude told me I was late and to take of
my coat) sits me on the one of the two beds. I can only describe the room as what looked like
somebody’s bedroom with a few posters on the wall saying Miami Teeth Whitening. There is nothing hygienic about this places at all. its a dingy room. The nurse didn’t ask me any questions if I was
allergic to anything or if I had this my teeth whitened before. The nurse fit
the part anyone can buy one of
these white nurses uniforms online. The nurse told me my teeth would become four to
eight shades lighter, she held up a chart showing where my teeth were and where
they would grown lighter. Again
another gimmick to look like you are going to see results you will not. do not be fooled The nurse gave me a pair of orange glasses to put
on to protect me eyes for the light
and also a blue bib these item’s all make the process seem above board
even the blue UV lamp that shins
onto my teeth makes me think this is the real deal I looked past the fact that
this procedure is in someone
bedroom. I’ve already travelled the two hour journey to get here and the money
was taken from my account over three weeks ago. Half an hour is up and my busting for the toilet, I ask if I can use the
toilet before the next set of treatments where the nurse said she will reapply
the gel, I was told I could not use the toilet as my session has started (I’ve never
heard of a place that denies someone a 2 minute toilet break)
Another man enters the room and begins to get the same treatment
done we are both sitting there opposite
sdes of the room with our mouths open there’s no privacy they
obviously want to cram people in. I’m given a plastic cup full of water to wash my
mouth out with this is covered by another plastic cup which I must remove and
split the used water into Why? This room doesn’t even have a sink. I’m no expert
in teeth hygiene but this doesn’t seem right Alarm bells have started to ring
Miami Laser Teeth Whitening is a con and two bit back street establishment! They are fake and taking peoples money. you will not see results. While I sit there busting to use the loo under the
fake UV light, the nurse sits at a computer counting the amount of people buying
the Group on deal loads of vouchers come flooding in, I relies there is no phone it never rings why because the phone number on the website
doesn’t lead to anywhere don’t bother to call this company no one will ever
answer you. The phone number like
the other items on the website are just there to make the place look official After half an hour the nurse holds the mirror to my mouth and shows me the result,
she holds up the chart and said my teeth have become four shades lighter they
have not nothing has changed they are the same shade as when I started why because I later discover the
laser being used on my teeth can be brought on ebay, anyone can purchase one of these light and put on a
nurse uniform, this laser isn’t strong enough to activate tooth whitening gel, its clear for us
both to see me and the nurse that my teeth are the same colour, the nurse sees it but pretends
she doesn’t and points to a
whiter shade on the chart she evens has a smug smile on her face as she has successful ripped off another person. I cant see a difference she says my teeth will get
brighter after a few days and tells me I may expect sensitivity after 24 hours. this is also a lie how would
I expect sensitivity to a process that’s didn’t even work and was never going
to works as it’s a fake set up. Do not by from this company Miami Laser Teeth
Whitening you will be ripped off I might of well of asked my 16 year old daughter to
set up a Hollywood Teeth Whitening company in the back of our garden in the shed buy the
equipment and a nurse uniform of ebay and advertise on Group On because that’s not far of what Miami teeth
whiting company have done.

I bought a Groupon Voucher for this place and tried to book an appointment. After not getting an answer for two weeks I contacted them again. They told me they had given me an appointment and since I didnt show up this first time I had lost my voucher and hence my money. I couldnt call them since they only operate via email with a very rude and not helpful lady at the other end. So I went to their address to explain myself so find out it wasn’t a real dental studio but just a random chair in a big building where musicians where recording their songs next door. Looked very unprofessional.
So they never gave me an appointment and wanted to just keep my money easy business huh? I emailed them about 20 times and explained I had never received the email with the appointment but they wouldn’t reschedule nor give me the money back. Absolute scam. Also I head this happening to other people.

Groupon was very helpful and professional, they ended up reimbursing me.
