Jolly nice little place for breakfast. We popped in this morning looking for something more than a croissant, and they happily obliged.
The front part is the bakery and towards the back there are some tables (a little tightly packed, but we managed ok). The service was warm and friendly and we opted for the ‘lightweight breakfast’ (only one sausage and piece of bacon with a huge amount of scrambled eggs. beans, toast and tomato). They claim on their menus that their meat comes from Smithfields and that they only use Heinz beans and ketchup. I believe them — the meat was very tasty, particularly the bacon.
Overall, it was very reasonable — two breakfasts, and two lattes came to £12.50. We will definitely be going back!
