First time that I have gone to a Nepalese restaurant in london and completely came by it by chance as was in this distant part of london for a music festival We immediately were encouraged as the staff were accommodating in a busy night. The interior is a bit cramped but pleasant and calm. We immediately went for the momos as starters and they were delicious especially with the chilli dipping sauce. They were also pretty authentic as I have had these in india and China which were similar The rest of the food I have to say was Indian really but quite authentic tasting Indian. The chicken daal was lovely. The food wasn’t too oily which is good too Overall a great place if you are in the area. Not really Nepalese but decent place surprisingly

This is our current fave place for Indian in the Ealing area. The Kathmandu Dal is amazing as is the Paneer Shashlick. The service is friendly and prompt and at the time of this writing, they were offering a complimentary liqueur after each meal.(Not sure if this will continue!) We have also used them for delivery and they always arrive faster than promised with complimentary papadams and usually a free bottle of beer. The owners used to have a Monty’s on High Street in Ealing, but they were forced out by the landlord a few years ago. We are so glad to see them back in the area!
