My first review below 3 stars!
My delivery also took over 2 hours. I had to ring them twice — they blamed it on the online system not giving them the orders on time but this sounded like a bit of a line considering the printed out receipt had the correct time on it. When I rang the first time, they said it would be another 20 minutes, and it took twice as long.
I didn’t expect any money back, as I had pre-​paid, but to keep my customers happy, I would have thrown in something extra at least.
As far as the food goes — my main course was alright (sweet and sour chicken and fried rice — you can’t get anymore European!!), but I was really looking forward to the chicken and sweetcorn soup as I had a cold. This was disappointing — it was gloopy and just warm, not hot, as I would have expected from a takeaway that’s less than a mile away.
You can definitely do better in the area — I’d recommend Singway on the Roman Road if you have cash to give the delivery man.
JUST REMOVED ANOTHER STAR — because I remembered that when I did ring them, they kept asking me questions but ignoring me to take orders from people walking in — then asking me the questions again. So rude, to an already upset customer. Never Again.

The whole idea with a takeaway is that the food comes as quickly as possible and that it is edible and that it has what you ordered.
My was none of these things. The food was 1.5hrs late, despite calling after one hour and being assured it was en route in 10 minutes. My food was luke warm and the drink was missing.
There was no apology from the restaurant when i called and no excuse from the driver when he arrived.
I will never be ordering from here again.

ordered delivery, took almost 2 hours. over charged me £0.5, wrong address, and no spoon or fork with the delivery.
At least the food is still warm, and when I call them the staff found my order right away.

The Moon Lee Chinese takeaway is ok but not the best in the area. I tried their food twice. The special fried rice and house special noodles were ok but didn’t rock my world. It all seemed a little bland. There prices are cheap so maybe this is reflected in the food.
They do deliver and I have friends who use Moon Lee as their regular. My preference is Dragon City around the corner.
