Got a diagnostic done here, specifically asked the guy at the counter if there were any charges for looking at it, he said there werent. Turns out there is but it only tells you this when you book it onto the system in the shop yourself, i missed this. What customers want is clarity thats why asked in the first place, leaving part of your customer service to a computer is risky business. Lady in the shop defended herself saying she would have told me but didnt apologise for her colleague. Not good enough, forked our 40 odd quid for the diagnostic. Not happy. Poor customer service. Wont be goibg back.

MR Systems is an Apple Mac reseller and repair centre, the staff are sympathetic and super helpful. They also stock refurbished Macbooks etc, well worth talking to Leni if your after a Mac computer but have a tight budget!
