Loved the pizza we had here last weekend. Had I known that there were no pics for Napule, I would have snapped some pizzaporn to post here for all to see. We’ve been here a few times now since moving to the area and we’ve had excellent meals both times. I like seeing the pizzaioli working pies in the oven when you walk in. While I had a satisfying bowl of pasta on my last visit, I wouldn’t pass up the za this time around. As we both got pizza, we were in for the huge pizza board with split toppings. It was piping hot out of the oven with a perfect crust. We performed a bit of cosmetic surgery, recutting the slices and replacing toppings(always too much cheese for my lady, gimme!). Margherita with olives on one half(hers, of course) and the delicious Capriciossa combo for me-mozzarella, tomato sauce, mushrooms, sausage, artichokes and roasted ham. This is our favorite pizza in the Fulham area and certainly one of the better ones in London. I could go for a little more zing in the sauce and they could use some draft beers. But, that won’t stop us from coming back often.

Had an alright dinner here tonight. Came with a friend and were seated straightaway. We both had large glasses of house red, which were served a bit too cold. And we had to ask for tap water — it wasn’t automatically brought to us which is a huge negative to me. The waiters spoke very little English and it was difficult to order as they couldn’t really understand us. Also, we were seated right next to the till area in the front, an the man who was handling the till had such an offensive BO that we could smell whenever he was standing at the till that we almost asked to move. I had a bread basket, and the bread was not fresh or very good. The oil and vinegar it was served with were not very good quality and did not come in very good bottles to pour from. I am also surprised that they don’t have garlic bread on the menu. My friend had a pizza which looked good, though the crust was burnt. I had the gnocchi with cheese, which were really good actually. There was no parmesan served with the food, however, nor were we offered any. Also there were no waiters offering fresh cracked black pepper for you. The food was rather overpriced for what we got — my gnocchi, glass of house red, and bread basket came to £22! For a vegetarian pasta, bread and house wine that’s quite steep… Overall I might be back, but I won’t be in a hurry.

Real and proper, uncut and on a wooden board, pizza al metro. Delicious base, excellent toppings, generous portions. Shame the place got so crowded that we couldn’t get a hold of a dessert menu in good time. On our next visit we’ll have to allow for extra time to indulge in those. If they’re as authentic as the pizza Daaaamn!

The pizza here is pretty good, but I certainly wasn’t blown away by the expereince. Perhaps my expectations were too high(as i’d just read the 5⁄5 stars review in Timeouts ‘best pizza in London’ special edition) but i was left a little disappointed. The best was good, but I’ve had better. We shared a pizza by the metre between 4 of us and all enjoyed it. However we all agreed SpaccaNapoli(formerly on Dean Street, Soho) was much better. Ironically we had a small round pizza afterward and that was much tastier than the metre one. I would recommend the Sicilian red wine(can’t remember the name but you’ll spot iton the menu) as it is delicous. If you’re in Fulham and you want a decent pizza then give it a try. The atmosphere is quite nice and it is very authentic. Don’t get your hopes up that the pizza will be anythiong like what you tasted in Napoli or Roma and I’m sure you’ll enjoy.

Went with a large group and the person who organized it had some deal worked out where there would be antipasti then an all you can eat pizza deal. All the pizza was traditional brick oven style. It was pretty decent pizza and all different kinds kept coming out on meter sized wooden platters. I ended up on the bad end of the deal shelling out 40 pounds per person because of some of the alcoholics in the group. I’d like to go back though and try some of the pizzas I didn’t get to taste that time around. The wine list was decent and reasonable as well.

Delicious pizzas, truly Italian feel, right in the middle of Fulham Broadway. The pizzas are really great. It can be a bit pricey for what it is at the end of the day, but it makes a good change from the typical Pizza Express. So I would thoroughly recommend if you are a truly pizza fan. The restaurant is from the Made in Italy group, who also owns the restaurant ‘Made in Italy’ in King’s Road, where you can find the same quality but on a less enclosed space. While the setting in Fulham Broadway is quite hidden and on a lower ground level, the one in King’s Road is light and spacious with a roof terrace that is great on a sunny day.

I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewers: Napule offers great pizza at a reasonable price only a few minutes from the Fulham Broadway station. It’s in a weird place, sort of, and I avoided going here for awhile because I expected it to be like Pizza Express. In reality, the pizzas are so much nicer than Pizza Express/Strada/etc, and about the same price, if not slightly less. They are thin crust, but don’t get soggy the way some thin crust pizzas do, and the toppings are plentiful and fresh. It can get busy, but we’ve never had a problem getting a table, even without a booking. Simply put, I think Napule is the best place for pizza in Fulham, and a massive improvement on the chains in the area.

Splendid lovely pizzas by the metre, fab antipasto, good wine, and usually very busy so you’re delightfully elbow to elbow — love it.

See my review of other restaurant of the same owners(Marechiaro) for more details. Briefly, this is a GREAT pizzeria from the food quality point of view(and I’m Italian, and a picky one), and it could improve from the ambiance and service point of view(although I really can’t complain). This place seemed to be a little smaller than the one in King’s road but has a nice and bright skylight on part of the seating space that creates a very warm atmosphere on sunny days.

This is probably my favourite pizza place in London. The pizzas are delicious and served as long thin pizzas on little tressle tables they put up on your table. The oven baked pizzas are hot, crisp and full of flavour and a really good price considering its location. The staff are friendly and fun. Also the size of the place is deceptive– the restaurant has a lovely sunken dining area at the back which seats many more diners.
