Well, NYR is my addiction and this is my local branch… I am there often, very often. The team is so lovely! The ladies remember me and we often have chit chats about everything and anything. Sometimes even the products.
They offer full range of product, even for DIY, but loose herbs, essential oils and tinctures range is limited. Full range is provided only in Covent Garden flagship store.
The treatments I never actually tried, but I guess they will be of high standard as the front shop’s service is.

Fantastic service really helpful, knowledgeable staff both in the shop and the therapy room. I’ve had problems with my lower back for months and after a few sessions the discomfort had vanished. I was also shown a few simple exercises to help strengthen my problem areas and stop the pain from reoccurring.

I really really really want to love this place as it represents how products should all be natural. and I don’t mean the ones that say natural and are actually full of cancer causing chemicals, the ingredients in this items are not going to kill you.
I have bought a handful of items here over time. A spray deodorant. that doesn’t work, it might as well be a natural perfume. Shampoo that I was told that wouldn’t make my hair oily, and it is so oily I might just chop it off at this point. and mineral eyeliner that I was excited to see (since all eye liner being sold in mainstream stores is cancer causing and being placed right near the eye), BUT it does go on properly.
Maybe this is the price you pay for going natural, but I know it isn’t because I have purchased other items of much higher quality and for cheaper prices. I think they may need to fine tune there items. I feel like asking for my money back since it isn’t cheap.

I’ve been in this location several times, and am always impressed with the quality of customer service I get here.
Yes, Neal’s Yard Remedies is a chain, but this location always has helpful and knowledgeable staff who aren’t too pushy. This store also has therapy rooms and offers facials, massage, acupuncture, and a whole host of other therapies.
Plus, they always have the herbs in stock that I am looking for when I go in. Always a good thing.
