Nicky Salon

I went twice and nearly became a regular client because the girls doing the treatments are lovely. However, Nicky (the boss) badly needs to invest in a PR course to learn, not only how to attract clients (she uses Groupon), but to keep them. Defensiveness and inflexibility are not the way to go if you want a successful business. It would help if she got to the point of actually liking her customers.

Do not do a hollywood wax here — extremely sloppy and rushed
The therapists were in a rush and prioritised specific clients, asked for a hollywood apparently the bum area is not a hollywood — hollywood is every bit of hair down in that area
Thank god I bought a wowcher deal won’t be coming back to this salon again

Lovely therapist — really looked after my needs and made sure I was catered for. Only downside is that the bed is really hard and uncomfortable. Tip: Double up a towel and use that to cushion your lower back and bum! Will be back :)

This Salon is literally the BEST Salon in London for face facials! So far i had two facials with them and i keep coming for more! Its One of London best kept secrets!
When you arrive to the venue you may not expect much from its small size but wait for it!
My first facial with them was 1 hour Oxygen facial that i got as a voucher gift from my mum right before my birthday & the results were amazing, my skin was glowing & hyderated after that facial.
After my first facial i booked for a microdermabrasion facial since i had many open pores & white heads in my nose & surrounding areas, my skin was unbelievably soft & flawless after that facial, with a very deep exfoliation & extraction, my skin never looked that good.
I had both of these facials with the amazing indian girl called *Pretty* she was very professional & friendly & knew exactly what kind of facials suits my skin.
