It has taken the Surgical Appliance department three years to provide one pair of shoes when there were supposed to be two pairs of shoes; it gets worse. The consultant from the service provider concerned, Steepers, has now taken to using mocking laughter at patients with genuine concerns. That happened to me on Friday 26th August after complaining about broken agreements, like-for-like contracts and poor service levels. The department has now reached rock bottom and needs serious changes from top to bottom and back up again.

initially i was booked in at whipps cross for my ante natal but after feeling extremly negelcted there i changed to north mid after hearing such great things the a&e attended to me quickly and was very caring and the ante natal is much quicker

The staff at this hopsital have a serious attitude problem! I was in serious pain after I had cracked my ribs after a fall, and the staff were totally unsympathetic, sarcastic, and unhelpful. The guy at the xray department even made a face when I asked a stupid according to him question. I get so angry when I think about it. I don’t understand it! If they don’t like their job they should change it!
