Dear Lord… «Computer says no». An iPhone less than 1 year old wasn’t working properly, the staff were clueless, the only replacement they had was a £3.99 Samsung phone. Even though it was a device fault they wanted me to pay £60 on my insurance policy to get it working. After an hour stood there talking to even the manager — it would have been less painful asking my 4 year old niece to help! — nothing was resolved. I can’t wait until my contract is up and I can switch to a better service provider.
