I’ve been here few times. First time I had pizza and I was quite happy about it. Second time I had pasta and I had the impression they used an already prepare sauce. Third time I had a reservation for 4 people and they asked me to go to the other restaurant they have because they gave my table to someone else. Not nice.

As a fan of Italian cuisine this is probably my favourite place for a nice Friday night out with my wife. Some say that it is a small restaurant but that’s the Italian way small and charming. The food is very well prepared, the overall taste of the meals is really well thought-out and the mozzarella they use is simply delicious. My wife usually have the lasagna while I stick to the traditional pizza. We were never disappointed by the quality of the food or the service. Would recommend it to anyone looking for some tasty calories rich dishes.

If you are a fan of the Italian cuisine, you definitely should try the Al Crudo pizza that is offered there. The taste of mozzarella and pepperoni is simply delicious. Sometimes it is quite crowded there and not so suitable for relaxation, but it depends on the hours.

A large group of girls(13 of us) descended onto Pappa e Ciccia late on a Saturday night, and we took up half the restaurant. It’s a little rough around the edges in terms of décor, as if it can’t really decide what it wants to be. It has some personal photography and art work around the walls, but not with the gusto that you usually find in Italian(family) restaurants. There are many options on the menu of pizza and pasta etc, but I’m a pizza girl at heart so I can’t give recommendations for the latter. Practically all of us made small requests/customisations to the menu and they all arrived perfectly, no mistakes. The pizza that I had(artichoke and ham) was great. Thin and crispy without being dry. It’s bring your own booze, but it’s £4 for corkage so factor that in. Most pizzas are £10.50, so not super cheap but I think they are worth it.

The food is value for money. Personally I love the pasta. Their pizza topped with good materials.

I did not like the Lasagne, it was cold and the texture was not right. I never saw one Italian person working there, and I am told the manager is an English lady not of Italian heritage. Tables were too packed together and service was slow. Im gonna back to Italia!

I love that Pappa e Ciccia offer delivery to my place. The pizzas are delicious, such a nice change from the high street chain options. Parmigiana Melanzane and Vegetable Lasagne are really good also, and portions are generous. Great value too. The restaurant is small and cosy– many people reviewing here seem to complain about this, however i find it quite authentic– you don’t find a huge amount of space in many family run restaurants in italy, when on holiday you’d say it was quaint so why is it a problem at home? Service is polite and friendly, albeit a little slow…

Great family Italian place. Have dined in this cosy lil’ restaurant and have also ordered the pizza take-aways and delivery. Never dissapointed. The pizza is freshly made, big portion and very delicious.

Great pizza! That probably sums it up. Tiny little place so a bit cramped when busy, but the food definitely makes up for it. I had a 4 cheese pizza, not very healthy, but then this is probably the wrong place if you’re counting calories! It was very tasty although I did feel a little cheesed out afterwards. We also ordered some chargrilled artichokes on the side which were a nice way to break up the cheese overload. If you’re craving a good pizza and you’re in the area, this is a great place to come.

I have been here twice now and really enjoyed my meal. The first time I went for early dinner and my husband and I were the only souls in the venue. The service was quick and the staff were very attentive. Our food was very good for the price. We were both fed with drinks for around 25 quid. The second time we went was for lunch and the food was still good, however the service was slow due to a packed house. I can’t blame them as it was about 2 hours before a Fulham FC game and the venue is a 7 minute walk to Craven cottage. It has a cute and cozy small interior and you can watch them making your pizzas and bread in their open plan kitchen right next to the seating area. The atmostphere feels intmate but not too crowded even with a full house. You can still hold a conversation and enjoy the atmosphere. It may have been a weekend thing or something for the football match, but they also had portable kitchen out front cooking up food for passerby’s. The address listed here is their delivery service address. The restaurant is actually on 41 Fulham High street. Nearest tube is Putney Bridge and is about a 5 minute walk away.

I love everything about this place. Firstly the name is excellent, it means ‘food and fat’ in italian but don’t let that put you off, it’s meant in a friendly way! The venue is gorgeous: it’s a teeny weeny restaurant tucked away in the heart of Fulham and there is probably a total of about 8 tables in the entire place! You are sitting very close to the next table so don’t head here if you are planning on privacy! They don’t have a booze license here but you can byo and just pay for corkage. The pizzas are thin based, covered in proper Italian mozzarella and fresh tomato and just divine!

This Italian has very good, and large, pizzas. You can also have them delivered. The restaurant itself is small and cosy, and very Italian. All the waiters are ‘authenticly’ Italian, and very friendly.
