We used their service only once and for sure we are not going back. On the pick up day everything was ready except one top, they said it wasn’t ready so we went back two days later and still wasn’t ready. After one week they finally said they loose it and didn’t make any effort to sort it out. The staff was saying that it was normal and maybe they gave my top to some else without any excuse. Finally, after one month they called me to say that they found it. When I went to pick it up they still were saying that it happen a lot. No refund offered and no excuse. They are pricey for this kind of service.

I once used Kensington Cleaners on Ladbroke Grove, when I was living over in that area, and they were the WORST. They returned my peacoat looking as dirty as when I took it in. Now that I am in Camden, I’ve used Paradise to dry clean my peacoat, and have them scrape off all the lint balls it gets. Not sure why I get so many lint balls, but I blame one of my scarves that sheds like a mofo. I’ve also had them tighten up buttons. I believe they also do shoes as well. They are courteous and quick. Though I believe they are cash only, which is kind of irritating since I hate carrying bills and coins but they are great.

I have used them twice and they have been fine, they are not amazingly cheap and not amazingly expensive, about right for the area.
One of the weekday people serving was a bit cold the first time I went, but after the couple of times they know me now and are quite warm and friendly. I now use them regularly and they are very friendly
They also have done a repair on a badly ripped pocket and the results are very good.
I am happy with them and have no reason to go elsewhere.
