This was the outer London (at that time country side) home of famous architect Sir John Soane. It now houses some of the items belonging to him, as well as many artworks, but it also serves as a cultural venue for many other events and exhibitions. Its well worth the visit, but make sure that first, you go and see Sir John Soane’s museum in Lincons Inn Fields!
