Very typical chain restaurant. I was walking through the area without WiFi to access my Unilocal and thought this would be a safe bet. Promptly seated and helped but it was a very generic experience. We ordered some garlic bread as an appetizer and it was quite small. We split it for two but it could’ve easily been a portion for one. I had the prosciutto pizza but I was dissapointed when the prosciutto was cooked in with the pizza instead of being placed after. Service was subpar, I don’t think we even got a smile our entire meal. We asked about WiFi service since it was advertised as complimentary and the servers weren’t so friendly on helping us get on it when we were having issues. They just brushed it off saying it was our mobile devices and not their network. I don’t know, I guess this place will be a good spot if you’re just hungry but don’t expect much from them when it comes to any sort of good service.

Came here for an easy dinner. I ordered the Emilia pizza and shared doughballs doppio with people at my table.
The doughballs were big balls of starchy goodness to tip in 3 different kinds of sauce, each which were different and tasty!
I love the Emilia pizza. Fresh rocket, mushrooms and goat’s cheese. Yum!
I will say that I wish Pizza Express chains had pineapple as a topping for their pizzas. So if you’re looking for a Hawaiian pizza, go to Prezzo!
Friendly staff, but it was hard to get their attention at times (especially if you’re seated in a corner).

the restaurant is situated in a such a lovely place, lovely food, shame about service tho. All was wrong!!! No one took orders 4at least half an hour then staff were not communicating properly with each other I could understand if the place would have been busy but it was half empty!!! Not impressed!

Had dinner here when in London with some friends. Building itself is gorgeous and looks very impressive. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food was usual pizza express fayre — you always get a good pizza. Everything was brought to the table quickly. Waiter asked if we were going to see a show, so he knew what time we needed to leave by. Situated in an area of London that I didn’t know existed, but well worth a visit.

Situated down near the Design Museum this is a great little Pizza Express. Really friendly staff and fast service I’ve always had a good pizza here and despite it’s sort of tucked away location it’s quite busy even on a week night.

It’s a nice pizzeria near Tower Bridge in a quite pedestrian road, in a refurbished dock warehouse. The deco is great (a mixture of modernity and history) and the waiters are really nice. A must see!
