Called and spoke with a gentleman called Gareth who informed me he was the owner of the company. I have five windows in need of blinds, some windows are more complicated than others. I talked through this and suggested it may be easier for them to view/​measure in person. I’m 4 miles away. He informed me he couldn’t be bothered to come out and i quote ‘waste his time’ to have a look. Then tried to back track and said he would aim for to come today & call before i’m still waiting. V poor service, i doubt the blinds are much better. I will give my £2K+ business to someone else. One star is too generous for this company.

If you are having window shutters installed, I strongly reccomend Plantation Shutters in Putney, London. All there products are beautifully made and I was delighted with the service I received ealier this year.
